It's really difficult and stressful. Also, this job is also very tiring because of the long hours of work.
What do nurses do?
Nurses help prevent injury and illness. Also, their roles is to treat and take care of sick and injured patients. They don't have an easy job.
What do nurses do on a typical day?
During their day, nurses work in a team of health professionals which include doctors, surgeons, technician, they can work with an anesthesiologist... Also, their daily tasks may be performing physical examinations, drawing blood samples, administering medication, checking and counting medication...
Where do nurses work?
Nurses can work in a lot of places. These are hospitals, military bases, emergency transport, schools, court system, residential home and at-home care, corporate offices, telephone triage, clinics...
How can I become nurse?
To become a nurse you must have graduated from high school. Then, it's possible to choose between four training programs. For example, the two or three years Nursing program is offered at a cegep or vocational schools. After, to become a registered nurse, all nurses must pass a national licensing exam. Subsequently, it's possible to do a Bachelor of Science (BSN) Degree in Nursing for some supervisory positions and after do a Master of Science (MSN) Degree in Nursing.

The common salary for nurses is $33,79 per hour. However, it's important to consider that a nurse's salary depends on a lot of factors such as work experience, role, type of nurse's career and geographic location.

It's unlikely that nurses will be completely replaced by robots.However, nurses use machines to take patient's pressure, for example.

Nurses can retire between 60 and 65 years old.
Conclusion
I'm studying at cegep in Natural Science program. My goal is to have good grades to go in a university medical program.However, if I fail to meet this goal, I will enter a Nursing program at university to become a nurse clinician.
